Thank you for your support of the Mid­ Atlantic District Disaster Response Auction. If you have not advertised in the booklet previously, we invite you to consider doing so this year. Plan to attend the auction and enjoy the day.

  • 7-9:30am  Breakfast
    8am Plant Sale
  • 9am  General Auction: tools, lawn and garden, household and general items
  • 9:30am  Special Items Auction:  including antiques and collectibles, art and jewelry
  • 10am  Food booths open; child care available 10am-2pm
  • 10:30am  Lunch
  • 12:15 pm  Quilt and Comforter Auction

Terms: cash, check, or credit card; ATM machine located in Shipley Arena. Your purchase has purpose.  Auction proceeds go to the Church of the Brethren Emergency Disaster Response Fund to send trained volunteers to help disaster victims with child care and to repair and rebuild after natural disasters that occur within the United States.  Overseas relief includes food, water, shelter and medicine. In 2025, following the auction on May 3, a record high $96,000 was given to the Emergency Disaster Fund of the Church of the Brethren to help victims recover from many disasters all around our world.

You can support Disaster Response in various ways:

• You can help by placing an ad in the booklet. We are once again offering the ad sizes below in black and white or color. The ad can include a photograph or artwork. Ad sizes      and prices are as follows:
Full page…$160 black/$200 color Eighth Page…$25 black/$35 color
Half page…$85 black/$105 color Patron Listing…$10, $25, $35, or more
Third Page…$60 black/$75 color Donations of any amount
                                 Please return your advertising space reservation form by Friday, February 6, 2026!
• Encourage your members to place business, personal or patron ads and print announcements about the auction in your newsletter and bulletin.
• Please print the enclosed bulletin insert and put it in your bulletin by Sunday, January 4, 2026.
• You can also help by posting the flyer included that is requesting special sale items.

• Donate baked goods• Donate high quality items to publish in the booklet
