A World of Difference

February 3 @ 10:45 am - 2:00 pm

Being Attentive to God’s Creation, with David Radcliff of New Community Project

David Radcliff, director of New Community Project (NCP), has long been a voice in the Church of the Brethren and beyond for justice issues—including environmental justice and the ways that we care for God’s creation.
Each year he travels around the US doing presentations in congregations, schools, community events, and other gatherings. He also travels the globe leading “Learning Tours” to provide first-hand perspectives of what working for justice looks like. A graduate of Bridgewater (Va.) College and Bethany Theological Seminary, he worked for the Church of the Brethren denominational offices before launching NCP about 15 years ago.
Join us Sunday, Feb. 3, as David shares about “The Birds and the Bees” (Matthew 6:25-30) during worship at 10:45 a.m. and then leads a continuing look at eco-theology with further discussion following a carry-in lunch, about 1 p.m. All are welcome.
